We're excited to share the continued growth of Noteefy, one of our earliest portfolio companies. Since our initial investment in their consumer platform in 2022, we've watched Jake and the team transform Noteefy into a crucial enterprise solution for some of golf's biggest operators, including Kemper Sports, Sand Valley, and Streamsong Resort.
When we first met Jake, he had built a simple but elegant solution to a problem he experienced firsthand—the frustration of booking tee times at busy public courses. The technical execution, led by CTO Dathan, immediately stood out. His architectural decisions and focus on reliability have proven crucial as the platform scaled to handle thousands of courses and users.
What caught our attention wasn't just the consumer pain point—it was Jake's insight that the real opportunity lay in helping courses operate more efficiently. The platform has evolved into a powerful tool that helps courses fill cancellations, reduce staff workload, and increase revenue. At Sand Valley alone, Noteefy helped fill 1,600 rounds this season that might have gone unused.
The adoption across different types of courses shows Noteefy's broad appeal. Municipal courses like Heron Glen filled 153 tee times in just three months, while premium destinations like Streamsong have seen over 1,500 users sign up for notifications. More importantly, Noteefy is proving valuable across the entire spectrum of public golf—from high-end resorts to municipal courses. They're not just moving inventory; they're helping properties optimize their operations while delivering a better experience for golfers.
